Very friendly and caring staff. They listened and took the time to understand my needs. I would reccommend Pinnacle to friends and family. Also, the staff encouraged me to come back for any adjustments, cleaning, or repairs which was very reassuring. I was treated as a person, not a speciman. TU staff!!
