Always friendly, at the desk and with the dr. assistants. The people out front who help you choose the glasses are very helpfull.

Eye exam was $265.20. They then charged another $91.80 for a "contact lens" eye exam - they said it is "different" than a "normal" eye exam. Total bill was $357.00 - that is ridiculous!!! Every eye exam we have had before we walked out with a prescription for glasses and contacts. Do not recommend - vrey shady

The issue I had was they did all these test on my eyes and never explain to me the results of the test. For the price you pay for the exam I would of liked to know what the test results were.

With this particular trip to the eye doctor, I needed to be seen on an urgent basis. I was told to come in right away and it was about 2 minutes before I was back in a room. For normal or follow up appointments, they are great at working around my schedule and they are prompt as always.

My son, Alex, had a great visit yesterday at PineCone Vision Center. He is 3 years old and everyone made him feel very comfortable. Alex felt like he was playing games, and didn't realize he was at an eye exam. The staff is always very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office to others!

I had my teeth cleaned and inspected last week. The cleaning and inspection was top notch. I am a good customer and always pay right away but this time I forgot my checkbook. The front office people would not give me a break. I promised to write a check and mail it as soon as I got home but to no avail. I feel cheated and very disappointed with them.read more …

I have never had a bad experience at Day Lily. I have had massages and hair appointments both excellent service. I love how Andrea has been able to deal with my fine, thin hair. Also having gone though brain surgery a year ago, she was able to make the half head of hair look stylish and make me feel comfortable. Not an easy thing to do. :) The massages I have had have been wonderful and relaxing as well. An all around wonderful experience for a spa.read more …
