This will likely be the first of many reviews I will be writing about this place. This review site didn't allow me to leave zero stars otherwise I would have. The employee turnover is absolutely ridiculous and I've had several different people handling my payroll for the last year. The employee that did my payroll in December 2014 made several mistakes. I received a notice from the state regarding one of the mistakes. I scanned and e-mailed the owner the notice on 3 occasions and never received the decency of a response. I called on 3 separate occasions regarding this notice asking for the owner and never received the decency of a phone call. The third time I called I was promised a call by the end of the business day. I finally received a phone call from the owner(4th call) after I threatened to finally leave this dump. The owner appears to be more focused on expanding the business since opening a second office. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The initial notice said I needed to respond within 30 days. Obviously, they never did anything to rectify the situation so I have since received a notice from the state saying I owe more due to penalties and interest. I have scanned and e-mailed the second notice and nothing has been done. I did receive the decency of a e-mail reply from one of the employees stating that there's been a lot of turnover and there have been many mistakes made. The employee stated that they're trying to figure out how to handle this because so many clients have had the same issue due to a certain employee. That e-mail was received on April 21st and today is May 8th. Guess what, I haven't heard ANYTHING!! Oh, but of course I've received an invoice requesting payment. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place over the past 5+ years and have honestly never had worse service. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews. I hope people get a chance to read this, so they don't make the same mistake I made by employing them. Don't walk, but RUN away from this place as fast as you can!!! I will be complaining to the BBB as well.
I am very sorry that you have experienced such poor service since Dec. You have been our client for many years, and you and I have had many conversation. You have always been happy in the past. Yes we did get a new TERRIBLE employee at the end of last year, and she has cause us to lose some business. As the owner of the company I take all my clients very seriously, and hate to have any one of them dis-satisfied. I believe we have a quality staff at our office now and have gotten rid of the trouble children. I would appreciate an opportunity to rectify the situation for you and anyone else who has had difficulty. We don't want to lose you as a client and we don't want anyone to RUN away.
