So when I walked into Pearle Vision to look at some frames, I was surprised to see a staff member who I recognized as the manager scolding the another. It was a very awkward situation and I left immediately after I heard that. Not impressed by it at all. Don't know if I would ever go back to a place that seemed to yell at their employees in such a matter.

Thank you for your feedback as it is very important for us to hear even when it is not positive feedback. The only way for us to become better at what we do is if we take that feedback and learn from it. I had not realized that I was yelling when I was talking to my staff members that day. Ironically we were discussing a customers perception of what they were told versus what the employee thought they told them and how we need to be aware to make sure that those messages are not different. It seems that I have to learn from my own words today. I apologize for making you feel uncomfortable when you were in. I realize that we should have had that conversation at a different time and place. I do want you to know that the staff at Pearle is wonderful and amazing. I appreciate them and have the upmost respect for them. They are a lot of what makes our office so great. I hope you can forgive me and give Pearle another opportunity to impress you.
