While Dr. Audra Baker was very kind and seemed understanding, she gave me very bad medical advice. She said to use heat therapy on my sore back and that it would be ok to make my upcoming 4-hr drive. When I got to my location I was in more pain than ever and sought out local care. This DC said that I should be icing my back for 20 minutes on 60 minutes off and that driving was one of the worst things I could do.
In addition, Dr. Baker said my pelvis was twisted and did some minor manipulations. The DC I am currently seeing has scheduled an MRI and believes that I have a herniated disc. Dr. Baker's diagnosis and treatment really didn't help at all and could have potentially made my condition worse.

We have taken this review to Dr. Audra, as we are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your visit and that you didn't feel well after. She felt her Report to you was thorough and accurate. The DC you are seeing if he/she would like can consult with Dr. Audra at any time, she will be available to take their call. The heat she felt wasn't a contraindication, it is always best when getting other Dr's reviews that the Dr's communicate with each other to understand why the other Dr did what he/she did. Pavlik chiropractic has a very professional staff, always friendly and I never have to wait. Easy check in and out. Dr. Kaya is a wonderful chiropractor with a vast knowledge of the body which makes his visits something to look forward too. I would highly recommend this office, and especially Dr Kaya, to anyone looking for relief or just some preventive maintenance.

Over all visit was excellent from office personel to Doctor Pavlik.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to work me in as soon as possible when I call for a appointment.

Can't say enough about how excellent Dr. Baker and the entire team are! I always feel like he's giving very personalized care and the staff even remember me if it's been 6 months or more between visits. Everyone at Pavlik is caring, empathetic and they ALWAYS get me in if I'm in need. I wish all Drs. offices were as effective in reducing agony and pain as the Pavlik team. Just AWESOME! Thank you!

The office is clean and beautifully decorated. The greatest part of my appointment is to see that the exam room clean and the staff take their time to make sure that you are comfortable in the exam room as well as when you are trying on glasses and/or contac lenses. I have had sedation dentistry where I was sedated enough to not feel or remember anything from the experience. Yesterday was a shock for me. I remember several times crying out in horrible pain (yes, I have a low tolerance for pain . . . that's why I wanted to pay the $600 extra to be sedated) and was told in an unkind way to "stop crying". This was not the kind of treatment I had expected to receive. Also, the temp. crown on the left is too high and does not allow me to have a good bite. It is difficult to bite and chew. I am hoping that the permanent crown will be different, as I am hoping how I will be treated will be. I can't help my low tolerance for pain and do not believe it is something I should apologize for. When I first came to you, I was clear in explaining my fears and concerns. I wish I had been treated more respectfully and that the sedation I paid dearly for worked effectively.
