I have been a client of The Dentists for many years and love the staff. However this visit, I was left waiting in the chair for twenty minutes when I was told it would be five. No one came by to check on me, I just waited, in a cold chair and grew frustrated. To top the visit I was drowned by the assistant when we finally did get started on my procedure. At the end of the visit I was asked to pay six times the agreed upon price because she said the insurance would send me the funds. Shouldn't I have been told that when I agreed to the procedure and signed their document?. This visit did not meet their usual caring, attentive expectation.
