Very thorough examination. Also, Janet was a great instructor on using contact lenses. Patient, knowledgeable. Everyone was great. I trust them with my sight. That says it all.

I must say I was thoroughly disappointed with this office. Just the basic eye exam was $90, which is fine, but I expected that I would be able to walk out with a complete prescription in hand. I explained that I do not have insurance of any kind and would need to order my glasses online to save money. My granddaughter broke my other pair and I needed to get new glasses asap. They refused to provide me with the measurements I needed to order my glasses, unless I was buying from them! I literally cried when I got to my car because not only did I spend almost $100 on the exam, I still cannot order the glasses I need. I've had other eye exams before and have always been provided the information I need to order them, well, not here! Just because I wasn't able to order from them right now, doesn't mean I wouldn't be able to in the future. Now I will never order from them because I will never go back and I will never refer anyone. They've lost the opportunity for a life time customer because I will always need glasses - not having insurance to help cover the cost is only temporary. Good thing there are plenty of other options - I wish I would have chosen one of them the first time.
