Pretty dissatisfied overall. 1. I had an appointment (for an oil change) that took over an hour..they said it was becuase they got "flooded" in with people right before I got there...but that's the point of having an appointment, right? Apparently not, becuase they apologized a lot- obviously knowing they messed up by not honoring my appointment time. 2. An oil change there (at least for my 2006 Honda) was $58.38!!!! YIKES...and that was just for a regular oil change, nothing premium or special. 3. The man helping me at the counter (Steve maybe...older man, pretty thin) was nothing but rude. The other man and woman in there were SO nice too...but they weren't the ones interacting with me sadly enough, becuase Steve (?) should not be one interacting with customers- especially first timers like myself. Anyway, he seemed super inconvenienced when I asked if they had put my AAA discount on there, becuase he had forgotten... Then when I brought out a $20 gift card he rudely asked if I had anything else I wanted to use before he dramatically went to re-print my reciept...saying loud enough for me to hear that he just "wasted a stamp" on the last reciept...WHAT? Like, a rubber stamp. Like I had inconvenienced him so much that he had to RE-STAMP my paper, okay. 4. When asked about why the price was so high for an oil change and if anything else was done to my car, he talked down to me like I was stupid saying that it was just the typical oil change. But come on...$59? Thats like 3 oil changes somewhere else, especially when he couldn't re-assure me that their service or oil quality was better than any other place. So yeah, poor experience, will definitely not be going back and will definitely share my experience with others.
