It has been a very pleasant experience the past two years coming to your office. I am hopeful that my charges will be processed correctly on my next visit. For two years now, the claims were not submitted properly to Cigna Vision and Eye-Med as required.

I had to return to the office to pickup my med card and my license, a 6 mile drive, lucky I wasnt home in Wtby.(22miles)
