Two things happened at yesterday's appointment that weren't up to the normal 10 star Orchard Dental standards:
1. I found out at my appointment there would be additional $1995 charges for taking molds and photos.
2. I found out after I left my appointment that some measurements and other data weren't collected at my appointment, which will now require me to make an extra trip to the clinic.
I think issue #1 could be resolved by providing written quotes for all of the phases of expensive work like I am having done. It would alleviate the financial surprises for the client.
Issue #2, probably just operator error due to infrequency of this type of work which might be helped by having a checklist to tick off the tasks.
As I said, this isn't my normal 10 star experience, so I know it will be better next time.
