I had called Ora dental on a whim as I has some sweeling of my gum just days before a trip of a lifetime to Egypt. Dr. Koos met with ke the same day and scheduled dental surgery the next morning. I went under and within am hour was pain free and ready to rest and heal up before my trip. After writing prescriptions for pain medications in the event I would need some on my trip, Dr. Koos let me know not to worry and that he would call to check in on me later that day. I was shocked when he really did give a call later that evening to check in and I was feeling great. I was so impressed with his concern and ease with me as a patient that I have since become a regular patient at Ora dental. I love every experience there and how many people can say that about a trip to the dentist! The entire staff is very friendly and always take care of you. I also love the decor of the office and that I can watch television and have a back massage while having my dental treatment. Dana and Dr. K. are also my personal favorites. I highly recommend the south loop Ora dental office to anyone!

Wow, what can I say from the comfy couches and nice front ladies at the desk, to the awesome xray machine and the super awesome assistant (Eddie). The experience has been great! Needless to say Dr.Koos and his patience and the detailed he goes through at the consultation has been down to the tee. I have never loved going to the dentist soo much. :) definitely recommend. Ohh before I forget thank you Dr.Koos for the follow up call the night of the procedure. I mean who does that? Very happy, very pleased. Did I mention the sliding door???!!!! :)

Having heard so many horror stories I was extremely reluctant to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Koos was highly recommended and now I know why. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Koos answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable. Before I knew it the surgery was over and I was sent home with very useful instructions for care. Dr. Koos even called to check up on me that evening. In the event I ever need oral surgery again I will absolutely return to Dr. Koos at Ora!

4 wisdom teeth pulled out...so far not bad, except that the nurse took out the graze too early so I was bleeding for every long time. Very little pain. I only gave 4 starts instead of 5 because the doctor told me he would call me but he forgot...:( And I am trying to call the office so that I can talk to him given that I have several concerns of my healing, but I cannot reach them, even though according to the website information it is their office hour right now. Anyways, overall very good experience, strongly recommend to everyone~~:)

Dr. Koos and his staff made the implant a breeze. During the consultation, he took the time to answer all my questions and explain all the options. His staff went over each cost and explained what my insurance would cover. During the procedure, Dr. Koos and his assistants treated me like a person, not just a body. The implant seems to have been a success, and I'm recovering much faster than expected. Thanks!

Seriously. If my visit didn't involve dental work, I would want to hang out with the fine folks at Ora any day of the week. I think that says a lot about the way they treat their patients. And they are excellent physicians as well!
