I do believe you brought your Mercedes in for a smog check and i spoke with my tech Jorge and he said he had notifed you before performing smog that you would fail smog with a check engine light on and you still wanted to have it done. I was referred to their services through my boss. I am very cautious about going to different mechanics than I am used to. However, I was very impressed with their quick and stress-free service.
Even though I have to go back for another part damaged on my car than I went in there for, I never felt like I was being upsold or lied to which is the most important thing to me, and will continue to get my business.

Needed a smog check. Went to Jiffy Lube. They sent me to Pep Boys. They told me it would be a three-hour wait. And then I saw Ali's Olive Auto Center. Staff was very nice; smog check was finished within 20 minutes; they explained it had already been filed so I could renew my registration immediately online; the price was extremely reasonable, and there was a thank you card in my car. Very impressed with this auto center. --Kimberly

I took my car in for a regular oil change. Ali took his time to explain the process in which they review lots of things in my car as a way to keep me safe. In fact, they found a break light that was out. In the end, it was a wonderful experience and Ali's crew did a great job!!
