The reception staff are professional and friendly addressing you by name when you walk in. I never have had to wait long or at all for my appointment. Large selection of products too.

Oh my-I hope u want honesty-I had a delightful experience Fri. 5/10 w/ all the goodies...my hair appt. w/Kayla & Pam were wonderful as alsways. I took advantage of the spa pedi special for $38 & was disappointed. Kim was great I just felt nothing really special. I did ask the difference between spa & reg. pedi & Kim informed me the products are more "upscale" I personally would have preferred more massaging....I feel I can get that for $20 At an "Asian" salon. BUT I always look forward to my hair appts. @ The Odyssey & your salon & staff are just awesome!!!!!!

I do appreciate your honesty. I would, however, like to say that we do use quality products that we feel are the best available in our industry. Hygiene is extremley important to us. All our instruments are cleaned with our autoclave. Everything else is desposible. Every client gets a brand new file, orangewood stick, ect. So these extra steps do add to the cost. However, we do guarantee all our services 100%. Since you feel that the pedicure was only worth $20, I will be happy to refund you the $18. Once again, I appreciate your honesty and hope that you will contact me so I can make this right.
