This the second time I go in for a crown, when I get there for my appt to get crown put in and it doesn't fit.
Now I have to go in again for another appt hoping this one will fit.
It's hard enough to juggle my busy schedule, but now have to make time for a 3rd visit.
But the 1st question yesterday was, when I'm leaving is how I would like to pay......really!
The job wasn't even done in the first place.
I'm pretty sure there isn't going be any discounts due someone's mistake, in which is frustrating.
I'm in the hospitality business and I loose a customer real fast with that type of customer service.....just saying.
