Bel-Red Vision Clinic

I saw an intern and Dr. Matney yesterday for either an eye infection or allergy related symptoms. The intern was courteous and very informative and helpful. Dr. Matney as usual was outstanding. I've been seeing her for years and just love her. She is warm, knowledgable and very professional. The front desk people were very kind and welcoming also. I love Bel Red Vision and would not think of going anywhere else. GREAT experience.

Pros:
Dr Chow is very good in explain what he is doing and suggestion for us. The front desk staff is capable of processing insurance and record transferring smoothly and friendly as well. The price is reasonable.
Cons: the waiting area sofa is not confortable to seat in. The decoration is primitive.

This has been a long time coming. I have to say the service that I get from their family of clinics is phenomenal. Because I have lived all over the Puget Sound and their multiple locations I have been able to still maintain that relationship that is so crucial when it comes to my eye care. Dr. Michael Chow takes the time to educate me about my eyes which help me with my overall health. His staff is very attentive to my fashion needs as well, by helping me pick out the perfect frames that I can feel good in. I can't say enough about Northwest Eye Care Network. Don't believe me, try them for yourself!

I went to the Bell Red Vision Clinic the other day for the first time and it was great! I had never got my eyes tested before that and my first eye doctor experience was comfortable and easy with this clinic. The staff was inviting and nice. They're very outgoing and i recommend that you go there!
