Both Mandy and Lina were extremely helpful to me recently, as I needed to replace my Fendi sunglasses. Mandy ordered a replacement pair. I needed my prescription lenses put in, but my lenses were a bit too big, so the glasses were sent to your lab. This was done speedily, and without charge (!) and I then got my new sunglasses in short order. I could not be happier with every phase of this transaction, nor with the superb customer service those ladies exhibited. I have recommended Dr. Chow - and your clinic - to my friends.
