Dr. T is awesome, but his front office is rude and inexperienced with VSP.
The dr is very good. The recepistionst a different story. I have been going to they eye doctor for over 4 years and it never fails if i call to ask a question our go in for an appt they cant find my chart. Then they will ask are you sure you came here our do you have another last name.. The end result they give me a temp folder our spend 20 min looking for my chart. This haa happend more then 3 times.
