My experience with new smile was great they helped my daughter put on her braces about two days ago. We are excited to continue the braces process. Other than one or two hiccups here and there which I well not name anyone or anything specific I am grateful to have found new smile orthodontics.

My son is just a couple weeks away from getting his braces off. In the entire process and years of service, I have not ONE complaint. Every single person we have come in contact with has been professional and pleasant to speak to. I am grateful for all the reminders and the fact that nobody has ever once had the slightest bit of impatience in their voice that I have to call amost EVERYTIME and ask... "when is our next appointment?" even though we are gaciously handed an appointment card at time it was made :)

The facilty is amazing and the kids love it... everything from the circle of stations equipted with internet to entertain themselves to the toddler play area in the lobby. Its NOT a place anyone dreds going to. Its fantastic.

I highly recommend New Smile Orthodontics for every family.
