Suffice it to say I am a VERY nervous dental patient!
My first "get to know you visit" was an invitation to come by and meet the Dentist and have some questions putting my fears and concerns at ease. Full exam and great technology followed by a plan of treatment with a lot of options that were best for my health and choices for my time and budget.
A very pleasant cleaning from Hygenist Jennifer, that seriously was as comfortable as having a pedicure. Cleanings will now be something I actually look forward to.
My first treatment was the extraction of an abscessed wisdom tooth and bone graft. Not something anyone looks forward to but done with minimal discomfort and care.
The day before my extraction I had a medical concern and it was a Holiday. I was able to call Dr Michael for advice on his cell phone and he actually took the time to check out my issue and call me back.
Then the night of my extraction (12 hours post op), Dr Michael called me at home to see how I was doing, offering still more good professional advice.
I am glad I made a good choice in choosing Dr Michael as my Dentist, and I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a highly skilled, highly professional, gentle, caring dental professional that goes well above and beyond what one would expect in the medical and dental profession today.
