My recent experiences at New Reflections have not been great. The service is rushed, and this visit in particular was not satisfactory. I had never met this person and she didn't even ask how I wanted my eyebrows shaped etc.
There was no asking if they looked okay either. I had to go home and pluck, so basically a waste to even get waxed.

I went into the salon to get a trim and have my hair styled. I showed her what I wanted and when my hair was done NOTHING I showed her was showed in my hair. This was not all that big of a deal. THe part I was mad about is that my bangs were TOO short. she cut a strip of my bangs about 2in. and the rest of my bangs twice that long. i am so unhappy with the shortness of those strips of hair. it was NOT WHAT I WANTED!
My hairstylist is fun and very informative about how I can improve my hair style and what products to use.

The massage therapist is superb!!!!
