I have been a patient at New England Dental Center for several years and have been happy with the service. They provide flexible appointment times, including evenings. I have never had to wait to be seen and they are efficient and professional in completing whatever procedures need to be done. I would recommend this center for people who live or work near the Back Bay.

My experience could have been better. My appointment was for a cleaning at 3:30pm. I didn't see the dentist until 5:30pm so wait was extremely long so that wasn't good. The service was great but should not have had to wait that long just for a cleaning.

My husband and I highly recommend this dental practice. We both underwent extensive dental work some years ago and we were delighted with the results. Our care was top notch. We were treated with dignity and compassion. The doctors and staff at New England Dental Center are the very best.

Was asked to pay over $3000 upfront for a procedure without being notified that this was the expectation in advance. Also, a relative of one of the employees (a 5 year old boy) was running around in the room where I was about to undergo a procedure when my blood pressure and heart rate were being taken. The procedure itself and the results are fine, but my overall impression is that this business lacks adequate professional judgment (by not thinking it was important to relay the information beforehand that I would be expected to pay such a large bill in full on the day of the procedure and also by allowing a child to run around in the exam room while I was being taken care of).

My teeth are extremely sensitive and she does the best cleaning possible without causing pain. Amazing.
