I am very grateful that I have been so warmly welcomed and look forward to continuing to provide all patients with the best dental care. I apologize that your hygienist overlooked the fact that you had not met me yet, this is not our standard of care. Upon sale of the practice Dr. Weber sent out a mailing to all of our patients informing them of the transition as well as thanking them for their many years of loyalty. We also posted a copy of this letter on our website to insure everyone was informed. I am glad you are happy with the quality of dental care you are receiving and I apologize for the miscommunication.
