I have been a regular customer of Tom's Crosstown for 6 years and I continue to have great service and success with Tom and his team. They go out of their way to provide me the service that my car needs and keep a close and watchful eye out for any developing problems. I continue to use Tom's and am very satisfied! I have four cars that I have regularly maintained by Tom's.
I am disappointed with the service done on my daughters 2000 Honda Accord. I feel we were taken advantage of by charging us over $430 to replace an alternator. The charges for the part, as well as, the labor were excessive. I was out of town and never would have agreed to these costs. I have replaced alternators myself in the past. I feel as though you took advantage of a situation with my wife and daughter since they are not familiar with theses types of repairs. I doubt I can trust bringing any of my 4 vehicles back. The guys at Crosstown are great! My car wouldn't start at my work, they came over and jumped it, took it back with them to fix it and delivered it right back to me at my work. Great service!
