I brought my Lincoln to Auto Check after a rather scary drive because it pulled and wobbled at low speeds. Henry latter called me to advise I had a bad ball joint. He pointed it out the previous shop did not install the ball joint properly as one can see the nut was not tightened all the way in causing the threads to be stripped out. Driver's Auto Repair installed the lower ball joints for me on 1/6/14 and since then my car has logged in only about 2,000 miles. I took the damaged ball joint to Driver's Auto Repair and was told by Jeff, a manager, that the part has to be on the vehicle if the warranty claim is to be considered. Since Jeff told me Driver's Auto Repair was a Triple A's shop I asked if Henry could bring up my case with Triple A and he gladly did but found out Driver's Auto Repair does not belong to Triple A.
I've had my cars serviced by Auto Check Cinco Ranch for many years and I've enjoyed their courtery, ethics and professionalism. Whenever I stopped by with a minor problem, someone would find time to check it out for me without a charge.
