Always enjoy being greeted promptly by Holly. Unfortunately had to wait over thirty minutes behind other Monday drama, that was okay only to get railroaded through the eyeglass department so she could go to lunch. I didn't get my glasses oferred to be cleaned or fitted while I wait for the new ones to come in. I know Holly can't be everywhere, but maybe she should stress a checklist to go by?

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like my concerns were heard which is not easy to come by.
I was seen by Melissa Tada and to be completely honest, my day was better for it. This lady has a passion for what she does!
Jeanna was a fantastic help too. She answered my questions and was equally professional/personable.

I called one day because new insurance no longer covered the Dr. I had been seeing for the past 10 years. The ladies were booked but put me on hold to ask the Dr. if she could fit me in and they were able to! Beautiful office and very friendly staff. I have never had such a thorough eye exam in my life. The Dr. explained everything and really seemed like she cared. They even have very state of the art equipment. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Great experience for a first impression! Already started recommending them to friends, family and co-workers!

Dr. McMullen is the BEST. She is so great with our teenagers!

Dr Mcmullen is my absolute favorite!!! She is so kind, funny and will go to any length to make sure you are treated correctly. I would follow her to China if she moved. haha!! Great staff, and wonderful, clean office! Everyone should consider coming here :)

Experience was fine....question though. About two weeks ago I began using my spare pair since I broke one of my old ones and, while I do seem to see better, when I take the newer contacts off it seems everything is much more out of focus that with my old pair? Just wanted to check to insure the contacts being provided are gas permeable (might not have anything to do with not being able to see as well with contacts out). Anyway, just checking. Thanks!

Very professional and fast!!

Dr. Staci is AMAZING with children! I've take my three kids (ages 3, 2 and 4 months), and they couldn't stop talking about how much they loved her on the way home (not the little one, of course :-), but I'm sure she loved Dr. Staci, too, because she was smiling at her the whole time).
I also felt like she did a thorough exam of my children's eyes, and she found that everything was good, which is of course another good thing. :-)
I can't wait for our next appointment! :-)
