The good news...Dr. Forbes was very helpful and informative..He has a nice selection of frames and was available when I needed glasses on short notice...The bad news..I used "flex money" in conjunction with my eye glass insurance and I made it absolutely clear I needed an accurate co-pay amount...He assured me my co-pay would cover everything and, in fact, gave me a receipt showing my payment and a "zero" balance. Next thing I know, I get a bill for $131 for what the insurance would not pay. Despite my objections, Dr. Forbes was rude and belligerent and demanded the money. My legal adviser and EyeMed Insurance said since I have a receipt with a zero balance, I should not pay and would win in court..Of course, for $131, it's not worth the hassle..But a word to the wise...BUYER BEWARE!!!

Easy to schedule appointment. Great with my 10 year old daughter. Very easy exam without having to dilate her eyes.
