I do wish the tech had commented on my transition lenses, I totally forgot about them and didn't get them this time. But no biggie. I had to send the new ones back to get a lens fixed, so I am very happy you stand behind your product.
Although I had excellent service, I am not happy with the fitting fees for contact..epecially the extra 30 dollars for my multifocal lenses. Both myself and my daughter have worn contacts for years and while I can understand a fee for my daughter who switched brands, I got the exact contacts that I have already been using. Other than that the service was excellent and the people are pleasant.
Dr. Brown and the staff at Mountain West Eye Care are very friendly and helpful. They are personable and very good at building a rapport with customers. I would just want a wider selection of frames to choose from when looking to buy.
