Dr Reid is amazing! The best Dentist I have ever been too! But her assistant doesn't impress me at all! There is residue still on my tooth which is really annoying! I'm refuring about the assistant that was working Tuesday 4/23.
This was an incredibly poor experience. The office was not prepared for my appt.; someone with poor knowledge of taking ex rays exposed me to unnecessary radiation. Dr. Reid wrote off the cost of these exrays and the only reason I can think of is that they were unusable. She certainly didn't give me the results of the ex rays. The equipment was faulty to the point where I choked in all the water pouring into my mouth. The assistant wanted to polish my teeth before they were even cleaned while we waited for the hygienist to show up. Dr. Reid spent a minute poking at my gums and said no worries and that's the last I saw of her. I was told my next appt. was made, without consulting me, and that I would receive an email notifying me. That has not happened. I don't understand this terrible change in the quality of care. I will be looking for a new dentist.

One of the main reasons I like going to Mills Park Dental is that they don?t keep you waiting. Clearly the staff at Mills Park Dental understands the importance of not making their clients wait. Also, the staff creates a warm environment that doesn?t make you dread going for a cleaning. This is the first time in my life I actually enjoy my dental check up and try to maintain good dental health because of all the education I receive.
Knowledgeable, professional and caring dentist and staff! Lovely and charming office setting, too.
