We requested appointment online and the receptionist called us back to setup our appointment and she specifically asked for our insurance information after she scheduled the appointment. She even instructed us on what to bring to our first appointment. Three weeks later, we showed up at the appointment and what happened? She said our names sounded familiar but she didn't have any appointment setup, She went back and forth 3 weeks before and after, and the conclusion is that she forgot to setup the appointment, and the doctor is busy seeing other patients and she would have to reschedule our appointment for another time in the future. We waited for 3 weeks and have drive all the way from Renton up to Lynnwood so that she can tell us that they forgot to set up the appointment??? Horrible way of doing business. Needless to say, we walked out of there and will never come back again.

I would like to learn more about this. We have not had such a scheduling error occur in many many years. Our service is not perfect, but we try to be and I would appreciate your help to ensure it does not happen again.
