Metropolis Spa Salon

I arrived early, 15 minutes before my appointment. I had to wait at least 20 minutes before my appt. I love Tammy and would not otherwise complain. I had much to do and would have appreciated being on time.

I arrived for my appointment armed with a multitude of magazine pictures etc in preparation for taking my shoulder length hair very short. I had not warned Tina, my stylist ahead of time. She didn't miss a beat. She was terrific, sat with me, studied the photos and gave me honest opinions as to what would work, what wouldn't and why. In the end I walked out of the salon feeling like a different person. Tina is a true professional who takes her job seriously while, at the same time being sensitive to the fact that I was undergoing a big change. Her enthusiasm made the whole experience easy and fun. And, by the way, I got a million compliments at work today. Thank you, Tina!!!!!

My visit to Metropolis was very pleasant. The stylist, Rose was very professional, she asked appropriate questions, was willing to listen and ultimately my cut and color was just what I wanted....loved the experience!
