Our after hours service allows you to drop off or pick up your vehicle any time of the day or night. If you happen to experience an after hours breakdown, you are welcome to have your car towed directly to our shop 24 hours a day. We will call you first thing in the morning to determine a service plan.

Went in for a smog check with an appointment. Someone answered the phone, made the appointment. When I went to the appointment they were expecting me. Told me it would be a half and hour, and it was! Paid for it with my coupon and drove out.
Great Service. One thing I would share is advice your customers about a exit strategy. I ran over the curb on the way out, and could tell many others before me have done the same. Thanks for excellent service. I will go back for my other car, and recommend Shell. Lisa Kerr

I had my 1995 auto smogged at MA Shell and based on my experience at other smog stations, they were outstanding. The car did not pass the first time (which did not surprise me based on it's age) but MA Shell then did a thorough examination of the system, for a moderate cost, found the problem, fixed it and retested for no additional testing charge. They were also on time and very pleasant to work with. I'm goingback again, when my other cars need work.
