I asked several times if there would be any problems with the treatments because I have polymyalgia & fibromyalgia, the answer was no. However if there were problems I would be well compensated, I asked this question to the ladies that do the treatments & the office manager! I had treatments on both my upper & lower stomach, the pain was absolutely horrible!!! The pain escalated over several weeks, sleep was very difficult, clothes were so painful especially at the waistline, sitting was very hard to do, bending over was nearly impossible!!! Supposedly the wife of the owner of the company talked to me while I was going through this horrific pain to see if there was some kind of meds her husband could give to help with the pain, there was nothing he could do. She seemed to care about me,but when it came down to the nitty-gritty all they saw was $$$. I feel that after everything I went through & no reduction in size or weight there should have been a full refund or some negotiations. What ever happened to customer service & treating people the way you would want to be treated??? I'm so disappointed with the service, broken promises & integrity of this company
