I was happy with the work done, their efficiency and that they listened to all my concerns. It was my first visit. I had an oil change, and some other diagnostic testing. I'll eventually go back for the things the tests found. I didn't feel any pressure to buy more services.

It's really hard to find an auto shop that you feel is not out to take you to the cleaners and make up problems with your vehicle that don't exist.
