I have just taken in my car to have an oil change and front end alignment. The service I received was friendly, fast and knowledgable. They told me of any upcomming, unforseen things that will need to be done in the near future. I would recoomend this establishment to anyone. Very honest.
We were unable to drive our car to get the not-that-difficult problem fixed; but it required either towing or a personal visit from our favorite auto specialist. Martin came to our garage, fixed the problem sufficiently to allow driving the car, then completed the project at his shop. We really appreciated that personal touch!
Did an excellent job helping me out with low transmission fluid. Always helpful, answers all questions treats his customers with courtesy and does an excellent job!
I had a 11:30 am appointment. You said it would talk about 45 minutes to complete. I said I would wait at home for your phone call, which you suggested that you would call when it was ready. At 1 pm I had not received a call yet so I walked back to your shop. The work was completed and car was ready for me. When I recieved my bill you charged me for a cabin air filter, which I had not authorized, nor was i asked if I wanted to have you change it. If I not had another appointment at 1:30 I would have had you put the originial filter back.
THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...1 & 1/2 HRS TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE...NO CALL BACK TO PICK UP CAR...NO CALL TO ASK IF I WANTED A NEW FILTER INSTALLED.
I WAS GOING TO HAVE YOU DO THE MAINTANENCE SERVICE ON MY CAR BUT NOT NOW. If you can't get simple oil change right how can you do get other car work right?
