I was surprised when the team showed up at 10:30 for a 1:30 cleaning appointment on Aug. 15. There were different reasons given for the three hour difference. I was told by the office there had been a cancelation, yet was told by the cleaning crew that was not the case and I was # 2 on the list, so 10:30 was to be expected. I do understand that an exact time cannot be provided, however, originally I was scheduled at 11:00, emailed to confirm and then was told 1:30 and then the crew showed up at 10:30. The team forgot my rec room for the second time in a row, but we were able to have them come back the same day to do this room. I think it may take a while for the team to get accustomed to the routine in my home, which rooms get done and which do not. In the future, I will leave a list of what to do, as it seems like the work orders and my instructions are rarely in sync.

The cleaning is satisfactory. Most days I come home I know my house has been thoroughly cleaned. There are how however times that I feel as thought the team has rushed through the house and has missed bathrooms or cobwebs. A complaint that I have is that unless I contact the office I never know the time in which the team is going to arrive. This is especially frustrating during the summer months when often my kids are home alone. When I first became a customer I had a standard appointment time. Since then I have switched days in hopes for a consistent time. Two weeks ago when I called to find out the time I was told the team would be out at 11:30-12:00. This week I didn't call and the team was there before 9:30. I was at work and my kids were still in bed. My request again is to have my team come at a consistent time every two weeks. I would prefer a morning/early afternoon slot like the one I had when I first became a customer. There was also an accidental breakage of one of my glasses. A note was left but I never received a call about replacing the item. It was just a drinking glass, but it was something that I myself had used as a kid and that my own children were using. The house looked amazing when we got home! You could tell the staff went through every single item with detail. Slats on closet doors, nooks in a candle holder, every leaf of decorative plants... every detail shined!

The feedback I will provide here does not reflect on the business as a whole. (1) The lady doing the xrays had to shoot two of the three (four?) shots TWICE. My gag reflex did't appreciate that, but more importantly, I did NOT want to receive a double dose of xrays!! Was it improper placement of the apparatus or did I let it slip? Not happy with that. (2) What is your process for keeping germs off your gloves? How do you adjust lights? Keyboard? Open cabinets? All with the gloves that go back in my mouth? Haven't someone else's bacteria been spread on the light, the keyboard, the cabinets? I've always wondered and have just asked now. Thank you.
