I was surprised when the team showed up at 10:30 for a 1:30 cleaning appointment on Aug. 15. There were different reasons given for the three hour difference. I was told by the office there had been a cancelation, yet was told by the cleaning crew that was not the case and I was # 2 on the list, so 10:30 was to be expected. I do understand that an exact time cannot be provided, however, originally I was scheduled at 11:00, emailed to confirm and then was told 1:30 and then the crew showed up at 10:30. The team forgot my rec room for the second time in a row, but we were able to have them come back the same day to do this room. I think it may take a while for the team to get accustomed to the routine in my home, which rooms get done and which do not. In the future, I will leave a list of what to do, as it seems like the work orders and my instructions are rarely in sync.
