As new residents of the area, we found ourselves at Marc's with what ended up being transmission problems on our Honda Odyssey. We ended up needing to replace the transmission, and were no longer under warranty. Marc encouraged us to speak to the dealer and actually sent us to speak with the service manager of the dealership. Honda stood behind their vehicle and replaced the transmission free of charge. Had it not been for Marc's suggestion, we would have paid him the $5,000 and had his garage do the work. While I'm sure he was capable of doing the job, it was his honesty that has made us lifelong customers. He had no ties to us, barely knew us, and yet he turned away this job. That kind of service is not easy to come by, which is why I recommend all my friends go to Marc's for their car care.

They do a good job but are on the expensive side. Usually try to reserve the work I take there to things that some of the cheaper garages may not be able to handle quite as well.

have had good service in past-very helpful. this time I still have some bad vibration at higher speeds-travelling in the south at present and will have to have it looked at down here.

I made the appt. on line over the weekend and the follow up was immediate on the next working day which was Monday. So they really reminded me to get my car serviced.

The staff at Marc's went out of their way to get parts to get the repairs done in one day! And when I picked up the vehicle and drove off, a light was still on. I returned to the shop immediately and even though it was 6 pm, a couple of the staff stayed and fixed the problem right away. I felt good driving off in my vehicle and satisfied that it is is good repair and good shape to drive on......................
