I loved the 10am hot power class. You don't always get the attention for form or the willingness to have fun, during a "power" class or a hot class. It was all there! I had a great workout and was able to also deepen my practice, all while having fun.

The ashtanga classes are smaller and therefore more personal. The patient instructors have helped me fine tune my practice and make a great deal of progress. My only complaint is the fact that ashtanga and hot yoga are the only types of yoga offered, if more was available I would most certainly be at the studio a lot more.

I always enjoy taking class at Lehigh Valley Yoga! The teachers are phenomenal and it's a nice warm environment to do my practice in.

Room was TOO HOT..... got up to 113 degrees. Even the instructor got cramps.

Despite that, this was not a class for beginners.

Lehigh Valley Yoga Studio replied:

Our thermostat broke! We're getting a new one installed as soon as it arrives. The Hot Power Yoga is not good for beginners. Try Gentle Stretch instead.

I had a great first class. I took Power Yoga with Courtney on Saturday morning.

I have been meaning to try out the studios in the area for a while as I just moved here from CT. I met Sarah last week when she was teaching a class at Kermerer Museum in downtown Bethlehem and she suggested I come in and check out the studio.

I want to commend you on these things that left me with a great first impression: instructors who are also involved in teaching at other spaces out in the community (like Sarah), spending money on the practical important things like a new soft floor in the studio (instead of fancier locations or decor), offering a good student discount that made it possible for me to come back again! I value your priorities.

I am a yoga teacher as well as a medical student. I completed my 200hr training at Kripalu Center in 2010, belong to YogaAlliance, and embrace yoga philosophy. I appreciate a hot yoga class that can incorporate meditation and remains centered in yoga not simply fitness - it's often a difficult balance to uphold.

Thank you so much for the great experience. I'll be back this week!

Excellent! I had a great experience during my cleaning session with hygienist Sharon. She was ever so gentle, knowing that my gums were a bit on the weaker side and I had had an extensive periodontal cleaning an year ago. She explained what she would be going to do next and went about the work. I was hesitant in setting up a regular cleaning appointment since my last one was terrible. But this session changed my opinion. I have set up my next session with Sharon again. Dr. Jackie Owens was around that day and was nice enough to stop by, chat and even examine me out of turn! Amazing... please keep up the good work! V.
