this is my first visit on my 2011 4runner Toyota and I was well plz. with the outcome, with a slight break problem ..which was fixed the first time and without any further diagnostics on the part of long's auto. I sure would recommend long's automotive to anyone ( from Bristol ct.)

I was very happy to return for my 6 month check up to find I was doing things well and that my teeth, for the most part, were in good shape. The hygienist pointed out an area that needed attention, and told me what I can do to improve it. It's good to know I can take an active part to improve the health of my teeth. She also answered my questions as to the best time of the day to floss, which mouthwashes she would recommend, and showed me the benefit to my gums if I were to switch to an electric toothbrush. She let me see the two teeth that were problematic - cracks, and fillings pulling away - and encouraged me to think about having them cared for, which Dr. Katz also mentioned when he examined my mouth. I knew they were a problem but was putting it off. After some serious thought, however, I made an appointment for next month to take care of the worse tooth, and to keep the other in mind when my insurance renews. Better safe than sorry. I thank Dr. Katz and his staff for keeping my teeth in such good condition. They have made such a wonderful difference to my dental health.
