Dr. Reading and his staff provide excellent care. Dr. Reading is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his staff have always been able to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly. The office always has a friendly and fun atmosphere. I highly reccomind Dr. Reading to anyone.

After sustaining a running injury and told rest and Motrin by another Dr. I had to find someone who could get me back on track and healthy. With high hopes I came to Integrated health and started my healing process...it has been one year and I have rub countless fiveK races and completed two full marathon's and one half marathon. The overall care and support I received has helped me achieve my personal fitness goals and stay healthy. From ART back care massage and acupuncture I'm one happy runner.
