I get good service, but lately when retrieve my car there is something else that has to be attended to. when i put car in reverse it feels like i bumped into something. it feels like a kick.

It may seem that way but you need to take into consideration the age of your car. As vehicles get older, more problems arise that require your attention and it is our job to make sure that you are aware of any repairs that are necessary to keep the vehicle in proper running condition. Not everything is always evident immediately. We noticed an oil leak on a previous visit and informed you of what repair would be needed. You declined this repair. A detailed report of the problem and how to correct it was printed on your invoice of 2/19, to which you signed off on.

Hi Guys, I am excited that I have found a local shop to take care of my car. I had a great experience. If I had to give one piece of constructive critiscism it would concern the dirt in my car when I picked it up. The floor mats had dirt footprints on them and the side step to the left of the driver's seat also had to large chunks of footprint dirt. Hey, I'm an Audi guy, I know, your prices are much lower than going to the dealership, but maybe some paper floor mats while the mechanic works on the car? Other than that, GREAT SERVICE!

I would only go to the dentist if something hurt and then I was afraid. Now I go every six months and it doesn?t bother me a bit. I am happy and pleased with the quality of care and service my family and I receive from this group. Dr. Tartagni performed emergency surgery on my son two years ago and I don't know what we would have done if it weren't for Dr. T.
