This place is close to work & they can drop me there so it's very convenient. They looked at my car then called me with an itemized estimate so I could decide whether to have some or all work done. There were items they had to order from a dealer which always means at least a day's delay so they did some work on day one, then I brought the car back for completion the next day. Both days, the car was ready before I left work.
They're not cheap, but they know their stuff, they're pleasant and polite and they will work with you.

Thanks again for the review, Christine! You know that old saying "it's hard to find a good mechanic" well that was true for us also. However, over the last 8 years we have been lucky enough to attract and hire the "best of the best". As you can image high quality, experienced skilled labor demands a substantial investment. As a result we made a decision a long time ago that we would rather explain the cost of your repairs than apologize for not fixing your car right. Refused to give Estimate before starting work

The hood was stuck and Dave refused to give estimate before starting work. They charged $115 just to open the hood!! And I figured out the problem myself and fixed on my own for which they wanted to replace the entire hood-cable!

Estimating the majority of automotive repairs is based on two things, parts and labor. The parts needed and labor times of common repairs can be found in a number of published automotive manuals and/or computerized software systems. However, when odd failures occur on components that aren?t visible or easily accessible we are forced to charge for the actual time spent which of course can not be determined before a technician starts addressing the problem. All this was explained to you, as it would be to any customer that has this type of problem. You should remember I gave you the option of not having us work on the vehicle but you decided to have us proceed. We released the broken detached hood release cable from the hood latch from under the car. We had to remove the plastic shield and front grill to access the area. Being that his occurred on a Saturday we provided you with a temporary cable so you could open the hood until the replacement part was available. You were billed for the time spent to solve your problem and nothing more. Your hood cable that you apparently re-attached yourself, according to my technician, is indeed damaged and will no doubt fail again at some point in the near future.

Excellent Service while I waited. Vehicle taken into shop immediately. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road. Since they needed to take the tires off for inspection they didn't charge me for tire rotation. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had a brake light out but I couldn't leave the car at the shop because I had some errands to run. I asked I they could check the problem while I waited and I was told to come in and they would take care of it. When I arrived, a technician started working on the car, replaced the blown bulb and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Dave and Brian for the great service and for being so helpful when a customers needs special attention.
