I am a new mom and was excited for a chance to get my hair cut and feel stylish again.
I had medium length curly hair and I was soooo disappointed with my cut. I requested a "senior" stylist because it was very important to me to have a new style with minimal upkeep.
The stylist cut my hair dry with thinning sheers, what!? I didn't notice in the salon how horribly uneven my cut was because my hair was a little damp when I left (wanted to air dry and get back to my baby). By the time I got a chance to look at it at home I saw how bad it was. It is uneven all over and has NO style. The right side is much more bulky than the left.
In the salon, the stylist asked if I liked it and I said, well I think you got my dead ends, but I thought you would have left it longer in the front (I asked for that before she started cutting).
Needless to say, I have an appointment at Aveda today to try and fix my horrible cut while I still have my sister in town to keep my little one.
I don't plan to return to LeBliss.
Amy, we really appreciate your feed back on your service for a haircut at Lebliss. I spoke with you on Friday regarding your service. I provided a refund not only for your haircut but all of the services you had with us that day. I hope that with the refund and the extensive conversation that we had regarding your hair that you were able to have it corrected. As always at Lebliss we take customer complaints very seriously. I have taken your feedback and used it to coach the stylist that you had your service with. We strive for excellence and when it is not achieved we definitely use that information to grow.
