This was my first visit, and I was very disappointed upon picking my vehicle up. I dropped it off for a diagnosis of misfire on first 3 cylinders of my 2008 328i. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I got a call with the issue they discovered and informed the tech I would do the repair myself. The only thing I would like done is the computer update. It was promptly done, and I went to pick it up. I drove the vehicle to dinner, and noticed when I got out the hood wasn't shut all the way, almost like it was in a bind (one side higher than the other). I opened the hood and that's when the disappointment began; the hood had been slammed down onto a light socket and bulb for one of my lights that I was informed was burnt out (why wasn't the socket reinstalled into the proper location when I denied the repair instead of left just laying there?), the bulb was shattered and socket deformed. Then I noticed the plug to the eccentric shaft sensor was just laying there, I understand it was diagnosed as being faulty however; it should of been plugged back in and returned in the condition I brought it in as. Then I noticed the engine cover was missing. Come to find out the engine cover was in the trunk, no one informed me of this when picking up the car. I called and at that time was informed it was in the trunk. I also asked if the light socket I found crushed under my hood belonged in my car; to which no one was able to answer. The excuse I was given was that since I was going to do the repair my self they just left it as it was. The car was not brought in, in that condition. All covers were installed, and harnesses were hooked up. It should of been returned in that same fashion.

This place is the best! They are great with my animals and have amazing genuine customer service. While I was waiting for them to treat my kitty they gave me good coffee in a mug and let me watch Netflix in my own waiting room. (Not sure if this happens every time or if it's new) My cat had a severe bladder infection but is already feeling much better!
