First of all let me say that I hate going to the dentist!! I have had so many poor experiences in the past that I just do not visit the dentist as often as I should. I started bringing my girls to Dr Smith last year and they just love him and his staff. My 10 year old actually looks foward to her visits!! I decided that I should give him a try and I am so happy that I did. I was so nervous when I went in!! Dr. Smith and his staff were so sweet and made me feel right at home. My treatment was quick and painless!! Thanks so much for your help:)
all companys should set their "customer service" standards from the way Ousey Vision Center manages it's customers. I arrived 12 minutes late on a Friday afternoon 3:45 appt and was greeted with no problem we'll start you "in reverse " since rm one is busy. 75 mins later with smiles galore from the staff I was on my way having completed my annual check up, new glasses & lens ordered and a smile on my face! They even asked if I wanted to be notified when the glasses arrived via "TEXT" (email & phone) which as a business owner told me how modern & efficent they run their business with old fashion appreciation of my business. what a great model for all of us to learn from!
