I recently purchased a Groupon for Venus Freeze treatments after much research. First, the location was difficult to find, but staff was friendly, and helped me find my way. I was informed that the treatment time was approximately 40-60 minutes after consultation with the esthetician. During the treatment, the room was cool, there were machines and supplies in disarray, and I just did not feel like I was at a spa. I was later informed that since I used a Groupon that offered the service at 50% off, the time spent on the treatment would be approximately one-half of the time spent on a 'full-priced' treatment! My heart sank. On the flip side, the building was pretty, and it seemed there are a lot of services offered. Scheduling was seamless. I am curious about additional services offered, however, am reluctant to schedule other spa services after hearing I was getting the 'Groupon' service because I paid the 'Groupon' price. Bummer.
