Hi, Joe, Brian and others: Although the "Missing" type behavior did not show up for you, both Bob and I have told you about it and it is still there. Also, since this was the 80k check-up, I truly thought you would check absolutely everything. However, there is still a "shimmy" or "vibration" through the steering wheel when braking hard. I do not believe this is right and I am pretty sure it was not checked out in a bumper-to-bumper, top-to-bottom, drive the car in several traffic condition s.

They could not have been kinder. Even though my Jeep didn't make it (it was hemmorhaging radiator fluid) and I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle, the guys at Kinney's were thoughtful, decent men, who gave me their best recommendation (let the Jeep go....it was going to be a costly fix). They let us keep the Jeep on site until I could have it towed to the dealership (they recommended a reputable towing company).

I called 3 auto repair businesses in the area. Kinney's was the only company willing to do same-day service. They were also less expensive by a considerable amount.

The customer service was beyond what I expected from an auto repair shop. They were completely courteous and professional. I will, without hesitation, use these guys for any future maintenance or repairs.

Although I was glad you worked with my warranty people, I now have a low oil light on after you changed my oil and the prompt for services on my dash was not reset. I will need to bring it in today to get it remedied.
