My biggest issue is that every time we have an appointment we show up early. Then we always wait at least 30 minutes after our appointment time for the hygienist to see my child. People come in after us and go in before us. Last time we were there hygienist didn't make next appointment like she is supposed to and we had to make it at the front desk.

Another great appointment with Dr. Brunsden. The office staff is efficient and friendly - the hygienist did a great job keeping a dialogue going with my 12 year old son - they have a great way with kids of all ages. Never demeening to the older kids, always sweet with the little ones. Happy to hear they might expand into adult care!

First time there unfortunately for an emergency with our 2 year old daughter. Extremely accommodating and very professional. We called after hours the night it happened and received a phone call within 15 minutes assuring us everything was ok to call in the morning to set up a day of appointment. They got us in within an hour. Received another phone call later that afternoon from the dentist following up. Our daughter will only go to KidZdent!!!
