My son is really scared of dentist due to his past experience with another pediatric dentist in Richardson. There he had his tooth pulled without any sedation and now he is really nervous. I found Dr. Haider by searching on Google and finding a pediatric dentist with most positive reviews. My son had a procedure with Dr Haider in his office with a pill and laughing gas while I held his hand. This office had no problems letting me go back.
My son is now not scared of dentist -----THANK YOU DR HAIDER for giving him a positive dental experience.
I was surprised that even the shot don't hurt "Sam", Thanks Danielle for explaining every thing to me YOU ALL ARE THE BEST. keep up the good work.
fast service. Very little waiting. Able to work with the children very well and make them feel at ease
My six yr old had seven teeth removed and believe it or not she left the office smiling and in high spirits, the office staff are really nice and they made feel very comfortable. so thank you ladies.
I've only been there twice and both times there has been a very long wait. The staff is not very friendly. When my daughter was scared during her cleaning they threatened to make me leave the room. I have received wrong estimates. After my first appointment I paid what they told me was due, almost 5 months later I received a bill saying it was over 60days late and charging me interest. I never received any other bill prior to the one saying I was 60 days late.
Personally my two children's visit was good, BUT! While they were waiting in the back, they had witnessed they way the staff and Dr Hayder had verbally treated a little girl about 5 years old. She was obviously scared and nervous. The staff said for her to "shut-up!" Dr, Hayder came in and said the same thing to this scared little girl. Then after that my children witnessed the staff saying and agreeing with each other< "That's why I don't want kids." My children right away thought, "The why are you working for a company for kids?"
I have heard this story before from a dear friend that I had recommend K&TD, she no longer is there.
SHUT-UP is rude and not appropriate to a child, let alone from a professional(s). Saying "Shut up" is rarely helpful and never appropriate.
The reality is that "shut up" is a rude, offensive comment. Kids learn that fact very early through various channels, from movies, music, school and TV(and now K&TD). So when you're saying "Shut up" to a child, they know they're being insulted.
Staff needs to be aware that kids are people too. Don't talk to them rudely or talk as though they are not in the room to hear your comments. Keep it professional and at least ACT like you care!!!!!!!!!
