I called them 3 times. they had my car for 8 hours before I got any information about what was wrong. It sat for 2 hours and they never told me it was done and I could come get it. Communication was poor was as always, they did a great job!

We try our best to perform repairs in a timely matter and our goal is to also have an accurate repair done, sometimes this takes longer then some people desire but it reduces the chances of an upset customer who has to return for the same issue. been going there since 83. happy with service. had rub sound in rear right when stopping. took out service person for test drive and he had it fixed in less than an hour. wife very happy. service always reliable. if pinched, they'll defer less needed service according to my budget.

At age 45 that is saying something. The dental hygienist is very kind and funny. Dr. Dat is awesome, as he tells it to you strait, if you want something done and he thinks it's a bad idea, he tells you and gives you options on how it should be done right with a cost effective approach.
