Everyone in that office is top drawer. You are made to feel welcome no matter how busy things are. I have enjoyed my checkups every year, and the selection of eyewear is fantastic. The doctors are not only knowledgeable but listen to your specific needs and preferences. They are attuned to their patients and always go the extra mile to make you feel good about your experience.

VERY happy, thrilled, impressed!!! No other eye Dr. informed me as much as she did. Took time to investigate my situation and allow me to make the decisions that I needed to make. I did not leave feeling frustrated, but joyful, knowing that I had my questions answered before they were even asked. I also enjoyed hearing Christian music playing and the staff was focused on "ME".. Thank you Karns Vision Center!!!

The red and cane the doctor used was homey touch to the experience at the office the other day and I was shock at number patients files that in Braille.
P.S. the patient history small was so small it was like reading a audio book.

It seems like using my insurance benefit for non-prescription sunglasses would not be a legitimate use of those dollars. Overall the experience was pleasant and no one tried to oversell any of the very expensive stuff in the lobby.
