Was not happy with the extra $20.00 you charge for a "high Prescription" I mean come on, we are going to the eye doctor because we need glasses and we do pay for any extra bi-focal, tri-focal or anything else. Makes me feel like your just making up extra charges to tack on.

We're sorry that you were upset about the "high prescription" fee that you were going to be charged for. The lab will charge an extra amount when the prescription contains a sphere or cylinder power that is higher than what the industry has set for the range to be considered as standard. Your prescription has a high cylinder power and the staff tried explaining to you that the lab would be charging extra fees for this and that is why we needed to charge for it. Because you were so upset the office manager authorized the charge to be written off on this purchase with instructions that you would be responsible for that charge on any future eyewear purchases as long as your prescription is that high.

Professional services were very good. Appreciate the IT component with text message confirmations. But wasn't very impressed with timely progression from one person to another. A lot of hanging around! Also, mildly irritated by having to ask for my prescription each of the three times I've been there. It's what the customer pays for and should be given before the sales pitch on the glasses/contacts. Friendly staff, no issues there.
